We have stayed at this wonderful flat many times over the last few years and it really does has everything a family could possibly need. The rooms are spacious with lovely large windows that throw light in to the flat, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the equipment necessary for a comfortable holiday. It really feels like a home from home from the moment you walk through the door. It’s in a perfect position to get down to the beach and the local little playground - brilliant for young children.

5 stars ***** - Lovely Flat near Beautiful Beach. We went as a family of 5 (kids aged 4, 2 and 5 months) and had had a wonderful week. The flat is lovely and a really good size. It’s well-equipped including fans, buckets/spades and sand mats. There was a great selection of books for us and the kids, as well as DVDs and games. The showers worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped.

5 stars ***** - Excellent Location in comfortable apartment. Great place – family friendly, good location. Well-equipped place. Welcoming owner. We could walk to the beach easily then come back to a comfortable place to stay.

5 Stars ***** - A Lovely Stay in Alum Chine. We really enjoyed our family adventure in Alum Chine over the Easter weekend. We loved staying at Maggie’s wonderful apartment. It provided us with all the comfort we had hoped for, as well as being in an ideal location to walk to both and beach or to town in 10 minutes…….I can definitely recommend this holiday/apartment/part of the world to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and peaceful visit to the gorgeous Dorset coastline.

5 stars ***** - Lovely flat with beach views. My family stayed here in June and had a wonderful time. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, has a great kitchen and a nice living/dining room. There are beach views from the window! It’s a perfectly clean and organinized apartment a literal 5-minute walk down to the beach and not far from Bournemouth town centre.

4 stars **** - A lovely, homely flat very close to the beach. This is the second time we have stayed at this flat and yet again it didn’t disappoint. It’s clean, has all the amenities you need and sleeps up the 5 people very comfortably, especially with my 5 year old having his own room……we would highly recommend anyone to stay.

4 stars **** - Cosy flat short walk to the seafront. We had a restful comfortable New Year’s stay in this very cosy flat. All on one floor so great for young children to move from room to room (no stairs to navigate and they are always in sight). Very close to the beach and the children’s play park. Lots of beach equipment (buckets, spades etc) stored in the flat for guests’ use… we would definitely come again.
