5 star review - Easy to find and get into From entering the property was bright, warm and welcoming. The owner had put so many touches into the property, very well thought out. It made our stay comfortable, fun and everything we wanted. The parking was easy, the beach huts, although we didnt use, was an amazing touch. We were able to explore the place we love very easily due to transport links outside the property. All round, our stay was, warm, comforatble and what we all needed Amazing !!!! I would highly recommened and use this prooerty again Beautiful pictures, soft towells and comfy beds THANK YOU

A stunning, sparkling flat with everything you could need and very cosy for a winter stay! Stayed for a few nights and had a lovely time, great location for exploring Bournemouth and only a short walk from the beach too! Beach hut was amazing to be able to use and fully stocked for us to enjoy a hot drink and cook breakfast at the beach! Being above the co op too was very useful. Will definitely be back again!

The flat suited our family’s needs well.
The location was very convenient, the flat was clean and well maintained, the information files very detailed and thoughtful and the board games helped out with the rainy days.
Unfortunately, we never got to use the beach hut due to stormy weather the entire week, which was a shame - we were looking forward to that.
We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to the Bournemouth area.

Excellent apartment, very well decorated, with everything you need to enjoy it. Very well located near the beach and with the addition of a spectacular fully equipped beach house. Very clear instructions, with suggestions to do in the area. We loved it. I would go back without a doubt.

Improved by: - ??a very fine decoration - a particularly documented and precise user manual - a large TV, - provision of various board games, - private parking, - a beach cabin on the "undercliff drive" - and the provision of 2 bikes in excellent condition, and their equipment (helmets and tools), - as well as a "COOP" store at the foot of the building - and a very responsive agency.

5* - Great place to discover Bournemouth. Wonderful clean and bright apartment to stay in for a long weekend. Great location for Bournemouth centre (but without being noisy), even better for short walk to beach or Boscombe. Great communication from the owner too. We will be back!

5* - A perfect seaside retreat. I stayed here for a weekend in March with friends and this apartment was the perfect base to explore Bournemouth from. It was brilliantly located for the town centre and the beach whilst retaining privacy and being very quiet and peaceful and really well stocked, the owners had thought of everything you could need in the apartment! A bonus was the key to the beach hut which is a brilliant addition. It was very perfectly clean and perfect for purpose! I would definitely return and recommend to anyone wishing to explore the area!

Fabulous break - 5/5 - My husband and I just had a really lovely weekend staying in Bournemouth. The accommodation was perfect, every part of the flat was of top quality, it was everything we needed. It is also very comfortable in the lounge area with access to movies and all the current apps like Netflix. With the Co-op a stones throw away it made self catering very easy. Also having a parking spot made a difference so we didn’t have to worry about extra costs. It is also within walking distance of the main centre with loads of cafes, bars, large Odeon cinema, theatre and beach so lots to do ! The beach hut which comes with the flat is well cared for and has facilities to make hot drinks. We have been so impressed with the location and the accommodation! I would highly recommend this for couples aswell as families!

Lovely flat close to beach 5/5. Had a great time staying in this flat. Very convenient, just a couple minutes from the beach and the town is just a bit further. The flat was very clean when we arrived and has a well-equipped kitchen. The living room was comfortable and even has a Wii! I particularly appreciated that there are two full shower rooms. All in all great holiday let and would definitely go again.

This is a lovley flat in an ideal location. Everything is well thought out and there is plenty of kitchen equipment. Fridge and freezer are a good size and it was handy having a washer/dryer. The beach hut was an added bonus and we used that nearly every day, would definitely stay here again

Perfect holiday - 5/5 - We stayed in this apartment again in July after having a lovely holiday here in September 2021. It is perfectly located to walk to the beach and the town centre or just have a stroll along the cliff top. The apartment was clean and well equipped. There's a lot of information about restaurants and places to visit nearby and the beach hut is an added bonus. We were lucky with the weather so spent most days on the beach and could leave everything in the beach hut until the next day or while we walked to Boscombe and Bournemouth. Our little boy rode his bike to the beach and we could then leave that in the beach hut while we were on the beach. It was ideally situated at the bottom of the zigzag walk down to the beach and there was everything you could want in it for a day at the beach. We don't normally go back to the same place on holiday as we like to explore new areas but the apartment is so good and located in such a great location we couldn't wait to return. We've had another perfect holiday here and look forward to returning to this apartment in the future.

Perfect short break - 5/5 - The apartment is very bright, airy and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds, en suite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. There was a pleasant breeze at all times so there was no need for fans in the heatwave. Location is superb as the supermarket is below the apartment and a short walk to the beach, town centre and many restaurants. Had a lovely relaxing break and the beach hut was a bonus.

Fabulous flat! 5* - This flat has everything you will need. Comfy beds for four, both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable, spacious living room. Clean, airy and bright. The property caters for all with DVDs and board games. Additionally, this property includes a beach hut, which is a huge bonus. You can leave all of your ‘stuff’ or just go, chill and people watch. Close to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants…..allocated parking is perfect! Highly recommended. There are two bikes available, free of charge, if you don’t want to use your car. ( You don’t need to!) There is a Co op on site and we were concerned that there might be noise, but we didn’t hear anything at all, just really handy to pop down to for milk etc A great flat all round.

EXPECTATIONS FULFILLED - 5/5 - Stayed at apartment 5th Sept until 12th. Had a wonderful time staying in a wonderfully finished apartment where all our needs were met. With the good weather we were able to enjoy lots of time at the beach hut which again was very well kitted out with table,chairs and childrens games. Would not hesitate to stay again .

A kettle was also provided which we made great use of - it was lovely to have a cuppa by the sea!

5/5 - Lovely flat short walk from sea. Property very good. Could have done with less steps as had injured knee week before - not the property owner's fault. Lift to beach not working - perhaps could mention this in info as Tourist Info says will be out of use all season. Other than that lovely flat and beach hut great fun. Had a very relaxing week and would book again. Thanks :)

Lovely apartment with beach hut - 5/5 - We've just came back from our holiday staying in this fantastic and very modern apartment it was very clean and was equipped with everything you need with extras like a wii with lots of games and loads of board games and books to enjoy , they had bikes to use aswell but we ran out of time to try these . It was a short walk to the beach , shops , restaurants and bars. We went as a family for my 5 month grandaughters first holiday so found the beach hut was very useful it was full of everything for a day at the beach , we will definitely be back .

Great Flat..... 5/5. The flat was well and stylishly equipped and fitted out. It's only a short walk to the station, town and the beach so didn't move the car all week. The flat includes access to a beach hut which has everything to make a day at the beach wonderful plus we could leave our stuff down there so didn't need to carry stuff up and down each day. I'd certainly consider staying there again.

Amazing find! 5/5 - My friend and I stayed in this lovely, clean and well equipped apartment for a week and had a great time. Both rooms have an ensuite, which was an added bonus and the Co-op downstairs was very convenient. Only a short walk to the beach, and with the use of a beach hut packed with everything you could possibly need we were in the sea swimming every day! We didn't want to come home and will certainly be back as soon as possible, highly recommended.

Fabulous Apartment - 5/5 - A cosy and compact apartment which has everything you could possibly need. Very well equipped, love the beach theme throughout, it’s also very clean and tidy. It’s a 10 minute walk into Bournemouth to all shops and restaurants and there is a Co-Op right by the apartment which is very handy. The apartment has the use of one of the beach huts, which to us as a family was an amazing addition to our holiday. Will be re booking for next year, thankyou.

Lovely flat with use of beach hut - 5/5. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this flat. It is very well fitted out, a lot of the equipment looks new. Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk to the top of the East Cliff Zigzag, and then a short walk from the bottom of the Zig Zag to the beach hut. This was a great addition to our holiday, and is well equipped also. The two bikes look brand new, helmets are provided, and we enjoyed making use of the bikes. Highly recommended.

Summer Holiday. The location was within walking distance of the town, supermarket, and beach. On the beach, we had access to our own beach hut which was excellent; this was a stand out feature of the accommodation. A number of activities were available to use such as sports equipment, board games, and two adult bikes, which added to the family fun, especially given the temperamental weather of England. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The communication between the owner and the holidaymaker was efficient as everything was labeled and clear; this meant it was a COVID-19 safe place and we did not need to contact the agency all the time. Unfortunately, the block of apartments included some very noisy neighbours and the main doors to the building slammed very loudly. This is being looked into by the owner. We enjoyed our stay very much thank you.

Fantastic! This was our third visit to this flat and the new addition of the beach hut is amazing! Even though it was February we thoroughly enjoyed a cup of tea whilst people watching, even in the rain we huddled in the hut which was so cosy. A definite bonus to renting this clean and comfortable flat. As ever, the location of the flat is really good and having the co op downstairs is so convenient.

A superb way to get away: Loved how comfortable , bright and spotlessly clean the flat was. As my visit was in the winter the fact the flat was warm made it super easy to rewind. It was well equipped to keep everyone entertained from magazines , wii console, board games to leaflets allowing a range of ideas to explore for a lovely day out in Bournemouth. It has a co-op just below making it suited for when you either need a quick meal or a snack which really came in super handy for my peckish nature . Although it doesn’t have a beach view, the location only calls for a short walk to the beach in many routes. I loved being able to take in the happening atmosphere and walk around town as one of the routes to the beach , with various shops and restaurants for whatever I needed during my visit. The bright coloured beach hut permitted a more private feel at the beach whilst still looking out to the sea which was a delightful bonus. Perfect way to relax as I could make some tea , sit comfortably and feel at ease. Definitely would be visiting again and highly recommend!

Such a fab stay! Booked this lovely flat for my mother's birthday. It was clean, comfy and perfectly located! A private parking space was provided, restaurants, shops and entertainment very close by. Keys were left to the beach hut, this was a fantastic addition to our stay. Would highly recommend and shall certainly be visiting again.

Excellent Bournemouth Stay. Lovely flat in every way, quiet, bright , clean and with everything you need. Myself and my children enjoyed having en-suite bathrooms . Excellent information about the flat and what’s in the area. 15 minute walk to Bournemouth sea front. Staying here is highly recommended.

Great Find. The good reviews were well-earned. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and in a good location. There was a very convenient Co-op store right underneath the flats. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is modern, spacious and having two shower rooms was a real bonus. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the bus/train station and a 10-15 minute walk to beaches and shops.

Ideal Location! Spent 1 night in this lovely flat with my partner at the end of March. As a young couple we found it the perfect distance from the night life of Bournemouth as well as the famous beach. It was approximately a 10 minute walk to the popular bars whilst also being far enough away that we were not disturbed by any noise when deciding to head to bed. On top of this we then found the beach was a short walk away the following morning. The flat itself was clean and modern with an impressive amount of space to relax or make use of the variety of board games/multimedia on offer. Overall both of us were very pleased with the accomodation and are already planning our next trip down south to stay again!

Amazing flat! Such a lovely spotless flat, less than 10 minute stroll to the beach and equally short walk into the town centre. Very quiet, great nights sleep and so handy to have the co-op and parking space too. Enjoyed the Wii and board games! Will definitely be back soon.

Fabulous! We stayed for my birthday weekend in February and were totally spoiled by the weather and the flat! The location of the flat is really central, 10 mins to the beach and restaurants. The allocated parking is a real boon. The flat is light and airy. We loved the seaside style, so many finishings that we would love to have brought home! Double room: comfy bed, perfectly serviceable en suite. Twin room: super comfy beds and generous en suite. Living room boasts large corner sofa, dining area, tv, wii, WiFi, board games and comprehensive folders of info. Compact kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Super clean and obviously brand new. A real find. Also, the co-op downstairs is really handy and although the flat is above the shop and on a busy ish road we had a great nights uninterrupted sleep! Definitely recommend, would love to return.

Great find - definitely go back again. So glad we chose this flat. Its convenient for the beach, town centre and local eateries yet very quiet inside. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom so ideal for group of adult friends like us. Also beautifully decorated and clean. I love Bournemouth and will be visiting again.

Very enjoyable visit. Just returned from a lovely stay at the flat which is modern, bright, comfortable and immaculately clean. It is only a short stroll to lovely sandy beaches and very close to all the amenities of Bournmouth town centre. I would highly recommend the flat and would love to return soon.

Great apartment. Had a marvellous weekend at this great apartment. It's comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Loved the location - easy for a stroll on the beach or a short walk into town, and the supermarket is next door. I'd recommend fish and chips on the pier and the boat to Brownsea Island from nearby Poole. Looking forward to coming back!

Winter return visit. Back again on a chilly December weekend. The apartment was lovely and warm, and a great base for running to the pier in Bournemouth as well as for surf-watching in Boscombe. Very comfortable base for the weekend.

Just back from an enjoyable winter break at this lovely , modern apartment . It really is cosy, well equipped and immaculately maintained . Its location is great as only a 5 minutes walk to the sea and easy to walk to all the restaurants near by . Will definitely be recommending to friends and family . Perfect location and very tidy apartment. Stayed for the weekend and very impressed with the apartment as it was very clean and tidy, all rooms were decorated nicely. There were no issues with anything in the apartment and the location was perfect as it’s a short walk to the town centre.

We had a great time in Dorset and this flat provided the ideal base for us. To be balanced, first I'll start with the minor negatives: kitchen is very small but amply equipped; one of the ensuites is also a bit small. Flat is tastefully decorated with nice touches like a good range of modern DVDs and a Wii console. Off street parking is Handy. No seaview but 10mins walk from beach. Very convenient with co-op on ground floor: could get those fresh daily baguettes. Nice touch supplying free use of 2 adult bikes: we cycled to Christchurch one day. Owner, Louise, was very helpful. For us, it was a great location to explore Dorset from: Durdle Door and Corfe Castle about 50mins by car; Studland Bay about 7miles away.

What a find! Feel lucky to have found this place! It is the perfect size and great value for a couple or family who wants to enjoy Bournemouth and its beautiful surroundings. Not only are the beach and seafront easily accessible but it is also just a short stroll into the vibrant town centre - we were spoilt for choice when looking for a nice place to eat! The flat itself looks fresh and new - neighbours were quiet and there was very little road noise. There is also off street parking reserved for the flat - a real bonus in this area.

Stayed with friends for a weekend of walking along the beautiful south coast to the east and west of Bournemouth. The apartment was spotlessly clean and decorated to feel homely but not so much that you felt you were in someone else's personal space - loved the 'by the seaside'theme! Excellently located for the beach and local amenities (Co-op store on the ground floor of the apartment building open until 11pm, restaurants in the town and the train station only a 5-10 minute walk away). A great place to stay if you want a beach holiday/to explore Bournemouth or are wanting to go further afield during the day but return and enjoy a meal/drinks in the town at night. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends/family.

Nice brand new apartment that is clean and well kept. There is a small grocery shop just beside it and walking distance to nearby restaurants (about 10 mins) and town centre (about 20 mins). Do note that you will have to climb a couple flights of stairs to get to the apartment. If this is not an issue, this place is highly recommended if you are spending time in Bournemouth.

We had such a lovely weekend in the beautiful and high quality apartment within walking distance of the centre of Bournemouth with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The first night we went out and had an amazing time in a local restaurant which turned into a disco later on in the night.The location was spot on being easily accessible to many of the attractions in that area including the fabulous beaches. The flat was top notch with everything you could ask for. Being brand new, it was in excellent condition! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a high quality break away along the south coast of the UK! Thank you

We stayed in this new apartment very close to the beach and were very impressed with the apartment and location. The apartment was comfortable, light, quiet and well equipped. It's close to the railway station, and both Bournemouth town centre & Boscombe are within walking distance. There is a small supermarket directly linked to the apartment which is very handy too. With the cycle storage available we'll come back again with our bikes as it's an ideal base to access the coastal cycle routes. Many thanks.

We stayed here for my 5 month grandaughters 1st holiday and it was lovely a very clean and modern apartment with everything u could need , The beach hut was perfect aswell especially with a baby , The apartment was in easy reach of bournemouth and a 15 min walk to the beach .Will definitely be back.
