The beach is accessed from either the Gordon zigzag path or the Fishermans Walk slope where you will also find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. At Fishermans Walk there is also a childrens playground, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford sand spit.
