This beautifully presented modern chalet bungalow is situated in Parkstone, which is a district in Poole. This is a truly amazing holiday home and is an ideal for families or two families sharing.

LOCAL AREA: Poole Harbour is a short drive away which is popular with water sports enthusiasts and you will regularly see sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing taking place. Sandbanks Beach is also a short drive away and is known as one of the best beaches on the South Coast of England. The beach is of the finest quality with fine golden sand which gradually slopes away into the water ensuring it is safe for even the smallest of children. Within walking distance, you will find Parkstone High Street (Ashley Cross) and The Green. This a popular area whereby you will find a good selection of restaurants, take always, local convenient stores and on the Green a children play park. There is also Harbourside Park in the other direction that also offers a children's play area. Poole town centre is a short drive away and has much to offer all year round and not only does Poole boast fantastic dining and drinking facilities, a shopping experience not to be missed, it also offers family fun for all to enjoy.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date).
