This apartment which was renovated in 2017 to a high standard is in an ideal position, just walking distance away from Pokesdown train station and in the heart of Pokesdown itself. Pokesdown is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, being a slightly smaller, quieter part than the town centres. Pokesdown has many local shops with a Sainsbury's Express next door to the apartment and a choice of restaurants and cafes which are all a few minutes walk away. Southbourne High Street is nearby and from there you can reach Southbourne's golden sandy beaches. Just up from the beach, you will find a very popular children’s play park and crazy golf on the cliff top, with the option there to take a lift down to the beach. Up the road from the apartment you will come to Boscombe High Street where you will find High Street stores. Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local . Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine which is a verdant delight of woodland walks. There are other holiday apartments in this block if you would like to come as a group.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
