This is a newly refurbished house which is ideal for a family holiday, just a few minutes walk away you will find the very popular Kings Park and recreation area or alternatively you can spend time at the Littledown sports complex with it's public sporting facilities, swimming pool, parkland and lake. A short walk away you will come to the main area of Southbourne-On-Sea, Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops rather than high street chain shops. Shops include a butcher, a bakery, numerous cafés, hairdressers, convenience stores, homewares, gift shops and the post office. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway (cliff lift), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne-On-Sea's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. In the other direction is Pokesdown High Street and this is the home of vintage and antiques shops, and easily ranks in the best places for retro shopping on the South Coast. Bournemouth and Christchurch town centres are also within easy reach for the many tourist attractions. The house is also walking distance from Pokesdown Train Station which has links to London Waterloo. This house is ideal for a large family or multiple families sharing.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date).

WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
