This is a perfectly positioned holiday flat in a very popular location right on the cliff top looking out to sea and just a very short walk to the zig zag paths for the sandy beaches, beach cafes and the local shops. Southbourne-on-Sea is a suburb of Bournemouth in most easterly part of the borough, between Boscombe and Christchurch, whilst still being a distinct seaside resort suburb within Bournemouth. The resort has superb sandy beaches, a very popular children's play park on the cliff top, cafes, fabulous views sweeping from the Isle of Wight across Poole Bay to the Isle of Purbeck, a shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. Southbourne-on-Sea's beach is one of Bournemouth's quieter beaches, popular with families. The beach's most popular feature is its seafront restaurant bistro which is usually open all year round. The main area of Southbourne-on-Sea is Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops rather than high street chain shops. Shops include a butcher, a bakery, numerous cafés, hairdressers, convenience stores, home wares, gift shops and the post office. This area also offers easy access to Christchurch, which is a quaint, historical destination with beautiful riverside walks, or Boscombe, which is a busy seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and night time activity of its own. This accommodation is furnished to a high standard and is very well equipped. Bournemouth and Christchurch town centres are within easy reach for the many tourist facilities and attractions. This is a lovely flat which is in a very popular holiday location.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date).

WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
