This property is conveniently located above a row of shops in the heart of affluent Westbourne, which is a coastal shopping suburb of Bournemouth and Alum Chine. The second floor holiday flat is comfortable and good value for a centrally located property with all of the restaurants and bespoke shopping trendy Westbourne has to offer. The accommodation has been comfortably furnished by the owner and is presented well for a very affordable holiday. Road parking is available in areas local to the property, however, times may be restricted.

LOCAL AREA: In terms of transport links the National Express Coaches have a service to and from Westbourne and the Railway Station of Branksome is close by. From Westbourne a pleasant walk will take you into Bournemouth town centre where the entertainment is in abundance. The beach of Westbourne is Alum Chine which is within a short walking distance of the property and can lead you along the golden miles of the sandy beaches toward the iconic Bournemouth pier and Boscombe beyond making for a traditional family holiday. Poole town centre is a short drive from Westbourne or you will find a choice of public transport options to carry you through to this historic town, with its museums places of interest and busy harbour, selling fresh seafood and offering daily boat trips to the shores of the Channel Islands and France. A perfect location for those travelling without a car or plan to leave the car tucked away for the week and explore this beautiful area by foot or open top bus.

"Really Enjoyed. The property was clean and tidy equiped with most kitchen equipment as well as bedroom linings and other necessary bits like ironing. The flat was close to city center, beach and shopping markets which makes very easy for us as a family. There was no parking but we found a park in the next street behind Iceland which was charging for £5 a day. The checking in and out as well as communication with the agent was excellent. They send the keys to us a week before our travel which makes easy to access the flat and plan our journey. The flat was also close to many beaches and interesting areas which only takes about half an hour driving to go like Durdel door, Old Harry Rocks, Model village, Swanage..etc. We really enjoyed our holiday and the kids were very happy. We regret we haven't rent the flat for another couple days. We will definitely repeat the experience with the same agent and may rent a bigger flat as the kids are growing and need to bring some friends or family members with us, next time. The only bit we found is that the furniture in sitting room was very old, and the internet was slightly slow. However, it was better to get rid from net and have peaceful rest and fun with the family." - August 2019
