This ground floor apartment, which is part of a small block of holiday apartments, has comfortable furnishings that tastefully give that modern feel. The apartments are a very short walk to the hustle and bustle of Charminster, a vibrant, cosmopolitan and lively suburb of Bournemouth which has some great independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

LOCAL AREA: Bournemouth town centre itself is just walking distance away, or a short drive, where you will find the beautiful sandy beaches which have facilities to provide safe holidays for children, wonderful parkland and world famous gardens, big name shops and stores, theatres, cinemas, clubs and nightlife, cafes, restaurants, pubs and amusements - fish and chips too! The Pavilion, BIC and Bournemouth Pier Theatre throw some of the most popular shows. This apartment block is in a great location with easy access to the Wessex Way for exploring all local areas and is ideal for most visitors, ranging from couples to larger or extended families who require separate apartments but would like to holiday together in the same location.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date).
