'Grand Escape' is a fabulous property which has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard. Ideally placed above the stunning sandy beaches of Southbourne-on-Sea, along a beautiful tree lined road, this property stands out from it's contempories. The property is close to the comprehensive shopping areas of both Southbourne and Boscombe with their many cafes and bars. For those that want more than just sand castles there is nearby Fisherman's Walk which was the final stretch of an ancient route taken by villagers of Holdenhurst to reach the sea for fishing. As Southbourne started being developed in the early twentieth century, this strip of land was preserved in 1913 as a park for the enjoyment of residents. It has also become the refuge for wildlife which adds to its attraction. The nearby Priory market town of Christchurch offers some fabulous river walks and boat trips as well as the opportunity to indulge in a cream tea.
