This apartment is situated on the ground floor with the benefit of an enclosed rear patio garden and its own private entrance. The flat has a modern kitchen which was newly fitted in 2019, whilst the rest of the apartment is of a more traditional style. It is situated a short walk away from Boscombe shopping centre, Boscombe Pier and the sandy beaches.

LOCAL AREA: Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just a short walk from the apartment is the Overstrand beachfront shops and cafes and Boscombe pier. The sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for early morning swimming, surf lessons and body boarding. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy golf thrown in for good measure. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. Boscombe has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes. Bournemouth centre is approximately 2.5 miles away with miles of beautiful sandy beaches which all have second to none facilities to provide wonderful family holidays. Also in Bournemouth the incredible state of the art, 10 screen multiplex ODEON cinema has landed at BH2 and you're going to absolutely love it! The BH2 complex has plenty of restaurants whatever your appetite and whatever takes your fancy. From Italian pizzas and American burgers to delicious desserts and a whole host of fancy cocktails. Bournemouth has many children’s attractions such as adventure parks, play areas, the Oceanarium and swimming pools, there is entertainment for all ages.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
