The modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER.  The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath and shower facility.  There is also a separate toilet.  The large, secure rear garden is mainly lawn and there is a front lawn with flower beds.  The property has ample parking in the driveway for at least three cars.  GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.  Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. This is a delightful bungalow which has good quality furnishings and a wide range of equipment. The bungalow is situated in an exclusive residential area that is just approx. 200 hundred yards away from the seafront for beaches and access to Mudeford Harbour for fishing and ferry trips. This is also a very popular windsurfing area.

LOCAL AREA: There are local shops nearby and the property is within easy reach of either Christchurch or Highcliffe High Streets for the many restaurants, shops, cafes, tourist attractions and family entertainment. Set comfortably between Bournemouth and the New Forest, the popular town of Christchurch is home to Dorset’s finest. Whilst offering an array of unique and quaint attractions including a busy high street, Christchurch too offers a front row seat to some of the finest beaches that Dorset is renowned for. Set in an extremely popular holiday spot, the Avon Beach and Friars Cliff Beach are nearby, which makes the perfect family trip out for you and your children. For those who like to live an active lifestyle and fancy taking the plunge into Dorset’s waters, then head to Highcliffe Beach where you can try out some of the most famous types of water sports on the coast. In addition to its attractive shoreline and extremely safe beaches, Christchurch offers a wide range of entertainment. A short car drive will also take you to Bournemouth town centre or the vast New Forest.

"A very comfortable seaside stay. A warm and comfortable house. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. Spacious garden and lots of natural light. Ideal for exploring the coast, going further afield by car or bus and great walks in the New Forest. Nearby Mudeford Quay and Christchurch are gems. The house is very comfortable for 6 though the sofa bed in the lounge can be used as well. Good shops nearby and plenty of close restaurants to choose from too. We were very pleased with it , it was clean with a big garden and lots of parking (our friends visited us so there were 3 cars) we just walked to the beach each day or to Mudeford Quay so the kids could go crab fishing.
