This is a delightful compact studio flat which is situated approximately 50 yards from the seafront for access to the promenade and miles of clean, sandy beaches. The flat is on the ground floor of a large detached, converted house and is comfortably furnished with a good range of equipment. A short walk offers Southbourne High Street for local shops, cafes and restaurants. This accommodation is within easy reach of Hengistbury Head for nature walks or Bournemouth town centre for all amenities, tourist attractions and family entertainment. A short car drive takes you to the vast New Forest.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
