This flat is in a pleasant, purpose-built, seafront block of flats known as the Southbourne Sands complex. The flat occupies the top floor with sea views from most rooms and has good quality furnishings with a basic range of equipment. There are local shops nearby and a zig-zag path access is opposite which leads to the clean, sandy beaches. There is a land train along the promenade for Hengistbury Head or Bournemouth town centre where there is the pier, many tourist attractions and family entertainment. This is a very popular holiday location.
