Welcome to our delightful, fully furnished, well-equipped holiday-home, with a relaxing conservatory and charming garden. Ideal for families, this three-bedroom semi-detached house has off-road parking and is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Tuckton.

LOCAL AREA: Tuckton boasts a range of local amenities. These include a popular Italian restaurant, fish & chip shop, sports bar, Indian and Chinese takeaways, convenience stores, butchers, bakers, hairdressers and "The Riverside" a Harvester pub/restaurant ideally situated with outside seating on the riverbank. The holiday-home is perfectly positioned for many activities, attractions and adventures: It’s a short walk to the pretty river Stour. Here you’ll find riverside walks, a tea garden, a play area, hire boats, and boat trips to Christchurch and Mudeford Quay. The Blue Flag beach and cliff-top at Southbourne-On-Sea is a 15-minute walk away. You’re in walking distance to the historic Wick Fields nature reserve, perfect for bird watching and a short drive to Hengistbury Head nature reserve (the more adventurous can also walk here through part of the Stour Valley Way). Here there are paved footpaths for pushchairs, amazing 360-degree coastal views and an interactive visitor centre. From Hengistbury Head you can ride the Noddy train to Mudeford beach, from where a little ferry crosses to the quay, a popular crabbing spot. Seafield Gardens is only 1km away. This has a range of facilities including tennis courts, bowls green, children's playground, kick-about area and seasonal café. There are a variety of golf courses nearby and the area offers fishing and sailing on the Avon and Stour Rivers. Also by the river is the Quomps playground and summer paddling pool, very popular with families. The historic town of Christchurch is a short drive away, or within walking distance for those more active. You’re also well situated to drive to the New Forest national park. For those who prefer a bus ride, there are easy-access bus routes into Christchurch and along the coast to Bournemouth.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
